Mental Health Monday



  Self care is one of the most important things a person can learn about when they become parents. I personally believe it is crucial to a healthy life. After an emotionally draining Sunday, well actually a week.. an emotional week I desperately needed some self care. My mind still is in kind of a weird spot. So today I am attempting to take a few minutes for me. If you don't practice self care, today is the day to start!
A common misconception of self care is that it costs money. Self care can often be totally free, and done in home. Above is a list of 10 ways you can self care for FREE!

Sorry for the short post today. I really am feeling off. Maybe I just need to yell the 'F' bomb really loud. That usually helps!
